The connection women share between them has long been a source of both mystery and fascination by creators of art, literature, and music. Time and time again, artwork projects images of women encircled - bonded together in community as sisters and mutual protectors. We will peek into this world of sisterhood and share stories of sacred and secular women as they connect to the natural world and the night’s sky through chant, early polyphony, songs from early manuscripts. Come enjoy this magical collaboration between voices, vielle, lute, early wind instruments, and percussion.
